Under pulsed magnetic field,7055 aluminum matrix composites reinforced by In-situ Al2O3 particle has been fabricated successfully from 7055Al-Ce2(CO3)3 reaction system.The results of X-ray diffractometry (XRD),scanning electron microscope (SEM) and electron probe micro-analyzer (EPMA) indicate that In-situ particles synthesized under pulsed magnetic field are fine and uniformly dispersed in the 7055 aluminum matrix.
