Primitive neuroectodermal tumors (PNET) is a rare tumor of uncertain histogenesis occurs predominantly in children and young adults.We report one case of PNET in middle-aged women that presented clinically as intraspinal tumor with low back pain and numbness and pain of fight lower extremity.This patients underwent tumorectomy and combined chemotherapy.
