气压浸渗制备金刚石颗粒分散铜锆基复合材料热导率

  激光二极管、微处理器等高功率器件的高效散热对电子封装材料热导率提出极高要求.近年来,金刚石颗粒分散铜基复合材料(金刚石/铜)作为理想候选材料受到较大关注.由于金刚石与铜之间界面结合很弱,文献通过金属基体合金化或金刚石颗粒表面包覆来改善界面结合,并采用放电等离子烧结、真空热压烧结、金属液相浸渗等技术手段制备金刚石/铜复合材料.本文利用气压浸渗方法,在1150℃和1.0 MPa气压下保温30 min制备了金刚石/铜复合材料,工作气体为高纯氩气.
