Objective: To investigate quantitatively the levels of circulating soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (slCAM-1) expression in a range of patients with liver diseases for exploring its diagnosis and monitoring prognosis for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods: The levels of circulating sICAM-1 were quantitatively detected in 74 patients with liver diseases and 32 health controls by ELISA, and analyzed clinical values.
