Glycosylation is one of the most common post-translational modification of proteins, and plays a major role in a variety of biological activities, e.g.receptor-ligand interaction, signal transduction and immune response [1, 2].Global profiling of glycosylation sites and structural determination of glycans are important prerequisite for advanced investigation of the biological functions of glycoproteins.However, the analysis of glycopeptides directly from proteolytic digests is as well frequently obstacle to the low ionization efficiency of glycopeptides and low glycopeptide signal among the large excess nonglycosylated peptides [3].Therefore, exploring a selective glycopeptide enriching method followed by MS techniques, becomes more imperative.
