Network Industry is becoming an important industry in the development of the national economy,and the study on its M&A performance is to be an urgent issue needed resolving.The empirical research of the short-run M&A performance is proceed with the listed companies of the information technology industry,which occurred in 2001-2007,and event research method is utilized.
