　　Biochar,which is produced from high temperature thermal conversion (usually below 700 ℃) of organic materials under the completely or in part anoxic condition,plays an important role in comprehensive utilization of biomass resources.Biochar has shown great potential in improving soil fertility,crop yield,soil carbon storage and maintaining the balance of the soil ecosystem.
