177Lu标记的EDTMP(乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸)是可用于潜在骨肿瘤治疗的放射性药物。因此,分析测定该冻干品中EDTMP的准确含量是十分必要的。本工作研究建立了EDTMP冻干药盒中EDTMP含量的分析方法。该方法以过硫酸铵为氧化剂,将有机膦转化为无机磷,钼钒酸盐为显色剂,P在0~20μg/5mL范围内符合比尔定律,线性回归方程为y=0.0825x+0.0137,r=0.999,相对标准偏差≤1.0%,回收率为在102.5%~105.0%,ε=1.29×104L·mol-1·cm-1。
The 177Lu-tagged EDTMP (ethylenediamine tetramethylene phosphonic acid) is a radiopharmaceutical that can be used in the treatment of potential bone tumors. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the exact content of EDTMP in the lyophilized product. This work established the EDTMP freeze-dried kit analysis of EDTMP content. In the method, ammonium persulfate is used as an oxidant to convert the organic phosphine to inorganic phosphorus and the molybdovanadate is a chromogenic reagent. Beer’s law is obeyed by Beer’s law in the range of 0-20 μg / 5mL, the linear regression equation is y = 0.0825x + 0.0137, r = 0.999, relative standard deviation≤1.0%, recoveries ranged from 102.5% to 105.0%, ε = 1.29 × 104L · mol-1 · cm-1.
