本文主要分析和讨论了利用CCD(电荷耦合器件)检测零件尺寸的高速自动检验机在设计和研制时所遇到的与总体设计有关问题。如机械传送装置的特点及整机布局,照明和成象系统的形式及布局,CCD布置形式,采样信号产生的方法,CCD输出信号的处理,影响测量精度的因素以及提高测量精度的措施。
This article mainly analyzes and discusses the problems related to the overall design encountered in the design and development of high-speed automatic testing machines that use CCD (Charge Coupled Device) to test the size of the parts. Such as the characteristics of mechanical transmission device and the layout of the machine, the form and layout of lighting and imaging systems, CCD layout, sampling signal generation method, CCD output signal processing, the factors that affect the measurement accuracy and measures to improve the measurement accuracy.
