A silane film was prepared on Al alloy through electrochemical-assisted silanization (EAS) under different oxygen pressure levels.Surface morphology and corrosion resistance of the silanized Al alloy were observed and evaluated, and then the effects of oxygen pressure on electrodeposition of silane film were discussed.The results show that the coverage degree and uniformity of silane film on Al alloy can be improved markedly by exerting oxygen pressure during electrochemical-assisted silanization.

目前国内采用污水源热泵空调系统的实际工程还比较少,人们对于污水源热泵系统的实际运行特性还缺乏了解,因此本文对青岛麦岛金岸居住小区进行现场测试,并通过对测试结果的分析进行海水一污水双源热泵系统的运行特性研究;通过对热泵机组COP及系统COP的数据分析得到本系统COP值的变化规律,并分析与之相关的具体因素.在一定程度上对未来本系统的设计及运行做出指导.
供热循环系统的阻力主要来自两个方面,一是热水在输送管道中流动产生的阻力,叫做沿程阻力;二是由于各种水力元件和供热设备对水的流动产生的阻力,叫做局部阻力.对于沿程阻力,根据规范中规定:热力管道主管网最不利环路的比摩阻应在30-70Pa/m,其它环路的比摩阻应小于等于300Pa/m,同时循环水的流速小于等于3.5m/s.对于各种供热设备的局部阻力,不同的产品有不同的标准.
