Confucius institutes have enjoyed rapid development in Africa in recent years.Besides the teaching of the Chinese language, Confucius institutes in Africa can play a bigger role in Sino-African people-to-people exchanges, and step up efforts to strengthen its role as the "bridge" and "link" in Sino-African people-to-people exchanges.Relevant state organs and institutions should explore ways to encourage and attract more talented personnel, especially Chinese visiting scholars and graduate students in Africa, to join in the work of Sino-African people-to-people exchanges, so that resources can be effectively and reasonably used.
