I examined the problems with existing visual learning materials in science classes in Japan and the designing of visual teaching materials.I made science visual learning materials that elementary school teacher's request.I compared how teachers used the made-to-order visual learning materials to how they used the materials made by Japan Broadcasting Corporation(NHK)during class.There is a group called the REEF Project in Kansai University.The purpose of the REEF Project is to make visual learning materials of science while consulting with elementary school science teachers.REEF project has eight members and worked with two elementary school teachers in Osaka,Japan.After analyzing the data,the following three conditions were found when teachers used the "practical visual materials for the field teacher." First,the video contained scenes with people that the students knew.Second,the contents of the visual learning materials were aligned with what the teachers were teaching.Third,the REEF Project members made the visual learning materials configuration that was suitable for teachers of class design.
