TRPV1(transient receptor potential cation channel, subfamily V,member 1),a key molecule involved in peripheral sensitization during pathological pain state,is recognized as a promising target for analgesic therapy.Direct administration of its agonists or antagonists incurs definite side effects restricting their clinical application; therefore interfering TRPV1 function through its regulatory proteins might be an effective method.
