  Composite fatigue assessment is critical to the life prediction of large-scale wind turbine blades.This paper described the life estimation using the method based on the S-N curve and linear damage cumulative rules (Palmgren-Miner rules).Fatigue test is important to verify rotor blade's fatigue analysis and life safety.The life analysis and test verification was carried out with a certain blade type.The method is of significance for the reliability assessment of wind turbine blades.
