　　We consider the semiclassical states of a Schrodinger equation with a critical nonlinear term.By using variational approach,we establish the existence of spikes around saddle points of the potential V(x).With our conditions of the nonlinear term,a finite dimentional Lyapunov-Schmidt is not applicable.
