【摘要】

：

手性(chirality)药物是指分子结构中存在手性对称的药物,手性分子和它的镜像互为异构体.1 盐酸丙卡特罗(Procaterol Hydrochloride)具有镜像异构体,化学式为C16H22N2O3·HCl,是治疗支气管哮喘、喘息性支气管炎、慢性阻塞性肺部疾病的常用药物.2 使用XRD、红外等手段通常难以有效区分具有镜像异构体的混合物和纯异构体.
