焊带是影响带极堆焊质量的关键因素.本文提出用X荧光光谱仪检测不锈钢焊带化学成分,除C、N外其他有成分要求的元素都可检测,方法简单,测量快速,制样方便.荧光测量数据与ICP结果或手工分析结果相比对也很理想,且具有在测量高含量常量元素时ICP所不具备的高精度和高稳定性.
采用熔融片制样法,用X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)同时测定防辐射用重晶石中氧化钡和二氧化硅等主次组分的含量,用基本参数法校正基体效应,并进行了方法的精密度和准确度试验,各组分相对标准偏差RSD(n=10)小于6.0％.用标准物质进行验证,测量值与之基本一致.
使用标准加入法,建立了波长色散型XRF测定ppm级金属钌的分析方法.经与“碱熔—酸化分离—还原吸收”法分析结果和本法比对验证,结果准确、可靠,方法快速、简便.
