This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of dietary protein sources and levels in relation to intestinal barrier function of 21 days old piglets.A total of 150 piglets (21d-old) were assigned randomly to one of five treatments with six replicate pens of five piglets,and received 1 to 5 diets.Five diets basing on corn-soybean meal with supplementation of fish meal or soybean protein concentrate were formulated to provide a target CP level of 17％ (low protein,LP),19％ (adequate protein,AP),and 23.7％ (high protein,HP).
