Objective:To observe the efficacy of febuxostat on reducing serum uric acid(UA)and changes of ultrasound image of joint involvement before and after treatment.Methods:Choose 66 patients as the research object,according to the situation of drugs divided into two groups,febu xostat group(febuxostat 40mg·d-1,n=37),and allopurinol group(allopurinol 100mg·d-1,n=29).The serum UA and lipid level of objects in two groups and changes of ultrasound images of affected joints before and after treatment were compared.
