　　In this study, spores of twelve basidiomycetes species were examined.These species were collected from K(I)r(I)kkale-Turkey in the year of 2012 at autumn and spring.The collected samples were brought in the laboratory and mushrooms were dried in aseptic conditions.They were examined morphologically and anatomically.
