目的 胶质母细胞瘤(GBM)是成人最常见的恶性程度最高的胶质瘤，临床预后很差.鉴定新型标记物可能有利于GBM患者预后判断.GBM中microRNAs (miRs)表达谱呈现异常.因此，本研究尝试鉴定新的特异性miRs作为GBM患者临床转归的预后标记物.方法 首先，下载癌症基因图谱计划(TCGA)数据库中480例GBM患者标本miRNAs和基因表达数据及其对应的临床资料.
目的 分析鼻咽癌放疗后大出血的相关危险因素,探讨鼻咽癌放疗后出血的临床预防及诊治措施.方法 回顾分析我院收治的鼻咽癌放疗后出现大出血的30例患者的临床特点、治疗方式并结合文献进行总结.结果 25例患者行膨胀海绵填塞止血,3例患者在鼻内镜下行射频烧灼止血,5例患者行动脉插管血管造影选择性动脉栓塞术止血.22例抢救成功,死亡8例(死亡率26.6％).
