INTRODUCTION In order to rank thermal protective performance of materials and clothing which are exposed to flash fire or radiation condition,prediction methods of skin burn injury are widely used in the related test methods.Stolls empirical criterion is often used in the bench top tests while the mathematical model which is based on Henriques Integral equation are mainly used in the full-scaled manikin test.
