ZrO2 is an excellent catalyst support.We recently cooperated with the University of Lepzip.Germany to remove carbon template from C77Zr×2 by using the using the dielectric-barrier discharge (DBD) plasma through O2 in order to obtain ordered ZrO2 with high surface area.In this work,the obtained ZrO2 by DBD plasma decomposition was characterized by TG-DSC,physical sorption and desorption and Transmission electron microscope(TEM).The TG-DSC result shows that most of the carbon on the zirconia can be removed,which confirming the oxidation of DBD plasma.
