为了对生产中的颗粒状原材料进行自动计数，提出一种基于计算机视觉的自动检测方法。该方法采用一种简单的拍照装置对颗粒物进行快速拍照，经过图像处理精确识别独立的颗粒，利用本研究提出的统计模型识别并估算粘连的颗粒，最后得到精确的计数。使用人工计数的方式对结果进行检测，根据修正的结果重新训练模型，通过机器学习的方法不断提升模型的精度。实际应用结果表明，该方法具有很高的精度可很好地解决颗粒物粘连的问题。
