To provide city express service more efficiently,we design a solution for existing dynamic logistic system which combines the spatial database techniques and the spatial-temporal constraint of the express service.Our goal is to satisfy as many requests as possible without affecting the service quality at the same time.We first formalize the problem for city express service and then propose a framework describing our solution.
