Fruit of eight Actinidia genotypes were evaluated for some biochemical components (soluble sugar content (SSC), titratable acidity content (TAC), sugar-acid ratio (SAR), vitamin C content (Vc), SOD activity, total phenolic content (TPC) and total flavonoid content (TFC)) and for antioxidant capacity by four assays (ABTS, DPPH, ORAC and FRAP).
