　　The extraction behavior of scandium ion (Sc3+) was investigated using 1-butyl-3-methyl-imidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([Bmim]PF6) ionic liquid as extraction solvent and 2-ethylhexyl phosphonic acid-2-ethylhexyl ester (P507, HA) as extractant.The extractablity of Sc3+ using [Bmim]PF6 was less than 5% without P507.
