目的 观察补充玛咖及玛咖复合物对更年期综合征患者相关症状、疲劳状态、抑郁和焦虑评分、抗氧化、免疫指标、激素及维生素水平的影响.为玛咖在改善妇女更年期症状方面的应用及其产品的改进提供依据和研究基础.
