油菜素内酯(BRs)作为第六大植物激素,在植物生长、发育、繁殖以及植物对各种生物和非生物胁迫的响应等方面具有重要作用.AtCYP85A2是一种双功能细胞色素P450单加氧酶,在拟南芥BRs合成途径中可将6-脱氧油菜素甾酮(6-deoxoCS)连续催化为两种具有生物活性的BRs,即油菜素甾酮(CS)和油菜素内酯(BL).
