宿州中央大厦主楼地下2层,地上40层,高164.3m,采用型钢混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构。核心筒高宽比为9.6,由于地震烈度不高而结构侧向刚度较大,因此未设置加强层,结构体系受力性能好。柱内型钢选用十字形截面,梁内型钢为H型钢。型钢混凝土中梁柱节点较复杂,本工程中型钢的翼缘均取较小宽度,以便于钢筋在节点内的锚固。
