以M13噬菌体为模板控制合成金纳米颗粒的初步研究

  M13噬菌体是一种丝状大肠杆菌病毒,直径为6~8 nm左右,长度为800~900 nm,对人畜无害。因其易高产、无毒、化学性质稳定、外形均一、易功能化,较适合作为纳米材料合成的模板。国内外关于M13噬菌体的研究多集中在四个方面:M13修饰靶向肽后吸附纳米颗粒形成复合膜/物;M13定向沉积至聚合物膜表面,形成聚合物-M13复合膜;对M13表面氨基酸残基进行化学修饰;M13表面展示及筛选靶向肽。而关于M13生物模拟化学原位合成纳米颗粒的研究还未见文献报道。
