聚羟基丁酸酯(PHB)是具有与石油类物质生产出的高聚物相似的机械性能[1],并且更有利于被降解的一种生物材料[2]。但是当前生产PHB原料和提取方式成本偏高,限制了其工业化生产及广泛应用。流平衡分析(FBA)方法是目前进行代谢途径优化最常用的有效方法之一,它基于准稳态假设,可在反应动力学参数未知的条件下依靠计量学矩阵对代谢流分布进行优化求解[3],由此得到理论上最优状态下的代谢流量。可见,在计量学矩阵确定的条件下,FBA方法的解取决于目标函数的选取,但微生物在不同生长阶段的目标是不一致的。
