Although the effects of chemical fertilization management on microbial communities in soils have been well studied,few studies have examined such impacts in the black soils common to northeast China.To determine and compare the effects of long-term chemical fertilizations on the microbial community in a black soil,we applied high-throughput pyrosequencing and quantitative PCR of the 16S rRNA gene to investigate bacterial communities in a long-term fertilizer experiment started in 1980.

采用好氧堆肥的方法,利用微生物培养技术调查了堆肥过程中,不同来源的鸡粪、猪粪样品中可培养细菌总数,四环素、环丙沙星、头孢氨苄、磺胺甲嘧啶抗性细菌,以及同时具有上述4种抗生素抗性的多重抗性细菌的数量变化规律。结果表明,不论何种粪便样品,在好氧堆置过程中各类细菌数量均呈下降趋势,但抗性细菌占总可培养细菌的比例明显上升。

既有工况条件下,为实现沼气工程的净沼气产量最大化,建立计算模型,计算发酵罐的沼气产量和热负荷,以探讨不同条件下的最佳发酵温度,并以500 m3发酵罐为例进行工程运行分析.结果表明:发酵罐的沼气生产效率k和换热系统热效率w对发酵温度的确定起到了决定行作用;现有方案(k=55%、w=45%、发酵温度35℃),运行能量投入产出比低,年均增温所需沼气量为发酵罐沼气产量的42.4%,其中,冬季为65.2%,
