环保化、高性能和低成本是无取向硅钢表面绝缘涂层制备的技术需求.市场应用的环保绝缘涂料主要由填料型和水溶液型两类.填料型涂料的高VOC、粉体分散差、耐腐蚀性差、高温退火易掉粉等缺点促使以水溶性无机盐和水性有机树脂组成的半有机水溶性涂料的研究和应用.主要对市场应用的几种环保型绝缘涂料产品的各项性能指标进行对比测试,并分析了固化工艺参数对涂层固化程度的影响,间接说明涂层的性能,为高性能无取向硅钢绝缘涂层

环保化、高性能和低成本是无取向硅钢表面绝缘涂层制备的技术需求.市场应用的环保绝缘涂料主要由填料型和水溶液型两类.填料型涂料的高VOC、粉体分散差、耐腐蚀性差、高温退火易掉粉等缺点促使以水溶性无机盐和水性有机树脂组成的半有机水溶性涂料的研究和应用.主要对市场应用的几种环保型绝缘涂料产品的各项性能指标进行对比测试,并分析了固化工艺参数对涂层固化程度的影响,间接说明涂层的性能,为高性能无取向硅钢绝缘涂层板的制备提供技术参考.结果表明:填料型涂料溶剂高,刺激性气味大,固含量比水溶液型高,耐腐蚀性差,高温退火易掉粉,表面电阻比水溶液型略高;水溶液型无刺激性气味,耐腐蚀性能优异,高温退火无掉粉,表面电阻比填料型略低;单组分涂料比双组分涂料具有更好的操作性和稳定性,沈阳东大的涂料产品的稳定性和低泡性最好.同条件,沈阳东大的涂料生产的涂层板的耐腐蚀性和表面电阻优异;当固化总时间为20~24 s时,沈阳东大涂料的最佳固化温度在480~520℃。
