青海血蜱为我国的特有蜱种,分布在如青海、宁夏、甘肃、四川、云南和西藏等西部高原地区,是绵羊和山羊特勒虫病的传播媒介,给畜牧业造成严重的经济损失.传统的控蜱方式主要依赖于化学药物,可随着3R(抗性resistance、再增猖獗resurgence、残留residue)问题的出现使得人们不得不寻找化学药物安全有效的替代物.对温血动物无害、环境友好、不易产生耐药性且对蜱具高效杀伤作用的绿僵菌也会成为人们对蜱进行绿色防控的重要致病因子.本试验采用体外浸渍法测定了6株绿僵菌在孢子浓度分别为106,107和108个孢子/毫升时对青海血蜱饱血雌蜱的杀伤效果,结果显示绿僵菌菌株M.aAT08和M.aAT13对青海血蜱的致病力较高,在浓度为108个孢子/毫升时,对青海血蜱饱血雌蜱的致死率均达到100%.这两株菌可为防控青海血蜱的候选菌株,为绿僵菌真菌杀蜱制剂的研究及生产应用奠定了基础.
