In order to further control the harm of Magnaporthe grisea on rice,276 strains of endophytic bacteria were isolated from soybean root nodules.Taking Magnaporthe griseaas as tested pathogens,the endophytic bacteria were performed by antagonistic test with confront culture and plate streaking method.The pathogens were analyzed by microscopic observations,the obvious effect of antagonistic strains were determinated by cell morphological observation,16S rDNA sequencing and phylogenic analysis.

研究在污泥膨胀与不膨胀时城市污水处理厂中细菌与噬菌体丰度的差异.分别在5月份和9月份在包含2个AO工艺和1个A2O工艺的两个城市污水处理厂测其活性污泥中的SV,SVI,MLSS,COD,TN,TP,SS,DO等基本指标;对污水样品中的细菌和噬菌体过滤后分别进行DAPI染色和Sybr Gold染色,通过荧光显微镜对其进行计数,获得其丰度;使用SPSS软件处理数据.5月份SV均高达60%,表明污泥膨胀
