In the field of quantitative phase imaging,digital holographic microscopy(DHM)is a very popular method.It can get the retrieval quantitative phase information by using a single image.However,in recent years,a non-interferometric method for quantitative phase retrieval by using transport of intensity equation(TIE)gained more attention.TIE method is dynamic,non-lase,and vibration insensitive.Based on the principle of TIE,we designed and developed a system,it includes an imaging system and an application software.
