1临床资料1.1一般资料本组选取自2001—2004年间因气胸胸腔闭式引流效果不佳由外院转入本科的患者18例,男性14例,女性4例,年龄15～46岁。所有患者均已在外院行“胸腔闭式引流术”:于第二肋间锁骨中线交点处放置胸腔闭式引流管接一次性水封瓶,其中天台双星医疗器械厂制TSY-Ⅰ型三瓶式一次性水封瓶8例,TSY-Ⅱ型二瓶式一次性水封瓶6例,
