静脉留置针技巧性拔管的临床应用及效果分析

[目的]探讨静脉留置针技巧性拔管在临床护理应用中的优点。[方法]将临床50例安置静脉留置针的患者(静脉留置针穿刺部位均正常)随机分为实验组及对照组，实验组25例患者，在留置针拔除前，护士给予患者心理安慰，解释操作流程，先用无菌生理盐水湿润静脉留置针敷贴周围皮肤，待敷贴自行卷边后将其轻轻揭下，再以干棉签平行穿刺点按压穿刺部位，嘱患者勿剧烈活动此侧肢体，观察穿刺部位，周围皮肤情况以及患者主诉疼痛情况。

PNF技术结合中医综合疗法对不同年龄脊髓损伤患者的疗效观察

目的 探讨PNF技术结合中医综合疗法治疗不同年龄脊髓损伤并不完全性截瘫患者的临床疗效。方法 选取脊髓损伤合并不全截瘫患者90例。所有患者均诊断明确，根据年龄段分为青少年组28例、中年组33例、老年组29例。患者均做脊髓减压，脊柱内固定手术治疗，手术后1-2周进行康复治疗，共康复治疗3个月。
