  In recent research of proteome, isolation and detection of biomarkers from complex biological samples, such as serum, urea, cerebrospinal fluid and so on, are of great significance.But, the fact is that nearly all of these biomarkers are low abundance proteins, and the signals of these in mass spectrum are usually concealed by high abundance proteins, which is one of the greatest challenges in the current proteomics study.Therefore, an effective method to eliminate high abundance proteins from samples is critical.
