Protein phosphorylation catalyzed by protein kinases is one of the most important posttranslational modification mechanisms in the process of cellular signal transduction, which plays a critical regulatory role in many fundamental biological processes.Aberration in protein kinase activities, leading to abnormal protein phosphorylation states, can results in a number of human diseases.Protein kinase are a group of especially important targets for drug therapy. Therefore, sensitive detection of protein kinase activity are of great significance for further understanding the cellular signal transduction, clinical diagnosis, and development of targeted therapy.
