A shaped electrical pulse is used to drive across the intersection of two levels that repel each other in a charge qubit, formed by semiconductor double quantum dot. Landau-Zener-Stuckerlberg (LZS) interference fringes, a manifestation of coherent evolution of qubit states, have been observed in charge stability diagram, in time domain, and in pulse amplitude space of the driven pulse. Spectroscopic properties and phase coherences of the qubit are evaluated in the different phase spaces. The experimental results suggest that ultrafast phase operations of the qubit in the time scales of 10 ps, can be performed by a single electrical pulse using non-adiabatic level transition and adiabatic phase accumulation processes in the LZS interference.
