几株木霉菌(Trichoderma spp.)解钾和拮抗作用研究

  本试验采用四苯硼钠比浊法和对峙培养对甘肃农业大学植物病原学实验室保存的15株木霉菌进行了解钾与拮抗作用的研究.结果表明,供试的15株木霉菌的解钾能力均较差,在固体培养基中均没有解钾透明圈的出现;在液体培养基中,T9和T14木霉菌株表现出微弱的解钾能力,KC1的含量分别升高了0.0289μg/mL和0.0084μg/mL.在与番茄灰霉菌的对峙培养中发现,15株木霉菌都具有较好的抑菌效果,其中T14菌株的抑菌效果最强,达到51.90%;T10菌株的抑菌效果最差,为30.79%.由此得出,T14菌株具有解钾和拮抗的双重功能,具有很大的应用潜力.
