玛咖多糖对D-gal致亚急性衰老小鼠胸腺组织的保护作用研究

目的: 研究玛咖多糖对D-gal致亚急性衰老小鼠胸腺氧化损伤的保护作用及其机制研究. 方法: 将50只ICR小鼠随机分为空白对照组、D-半乳糖(D-gal)模型组、玛咖多糖低、中、高(75,150,300 mg/kg)剂量组,连续造模给药8周,电镜下观察玛咖多糖对D-gal致亚急性衰老小鼠胸腺组织的影响,Real-Time PCR法检测胸腺组织P53、SOD2、CAT在mRNA水平的表达,测定小鼠血清及肝脏组织中SOD、CAT、GSH-PX活力及MDA含量. 结果: 与模型组相比,玛咖多糖给药组能显著提高小鼠血清和肝脏中SOD、CAT、GSH-PX活力,而降低MAO活力及MDA含量;高剂量组小鼠胸腺P53 mRNA的表达显著下调,中高剂量组CAT、SOD2 mRNA的表达显著升高. 结论: 玛咖多糖对致衰老模型小鼠免疫器官有一定的保护作用.
