The rapid progress of revolution of new science and technology makes traditional automobile manufacturing faces the chance and challenge of transformation and upgrading.The special role of automobile industry in economic system means the upgrading of automobile manufacturing has important global meaning.The intellectualization upgrading of automobile manufacturing has the obvious problems from hardware,software,and the standard of data.The challenge from talents,funds bring obstacles to the upgrading of automobile factories.There should be many adaptive difficulties during the upgrading from traditional manufacturing to smart manufacturing of automobile factories,and more time will be necessary for the self-repairs and perfections.The close cooperation among government,industry organizations,enterprise,research institutions will be the powerful driving force to ensure the transformation and upgrading coming along.

车身内表跟踪喷涂机器人及其输送链组成的系统,在安装和施工过程中,不可避免地存在安装误差,为实现离线编程和不同机器人的程序互拷,需要对机器人基座进行标定。本文描述了轨道机器人的跟踪运动学模型,建立跟踪坐标系误差模型。将某台机器人定义为主机器人,通过跟踪示教车身特征点,辨识其他机器人跟踪坐标系参数,使从机器人精度接近主机器人,实现不同机器人的程序互拷。
车身内表喷涂站的开门机在打开车门过程中,开门机与车门的运动轨迹不同步而引发一些故障报警。根据车体铰链的两个中心坐标,获得铰链轴线方程,构建铰链坐标系。通过齐次变换,将平面圆轨迹转换到开门机空间坐标系下,得到开门机的精确运动轨迹。获得的开门机轨迹分布在以铰链为轴线的空间圆弧上,开门机轨迹与车门运动同步,消除了两者的运动偏差。
辊床是涂装车间普遍使用的一种车身输送形式,广泛应用于涂装车间各工艺线的地面输送。本文通过校核辊床的侧板强度、螺栓强度、轴承寿命及电动机选型,分析由新车型并入带来的载荷增加的影响,对其他涂装车间也有很大的参考价值。
