　　Nerve fibers and mast cells were considered to play a role in the action of acupuncture stimulation,however,their interaction remains unclear.In order to reveal the local mechanisms of acupoint stimulation,we focused our observation on the changes of cutaneous nerve fibers and mast cells under acupoint before and after needling.
