Background Digoxin is frequently used for rate control in paroxysmal, persistent and permanent atrial fibrillation (AF).The relationship of digoxin and mortality was so different in recent studies, and it remains unclear how digoxin affected mortality.The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between digoxin and morality in patients with AF.
