　　To date,Metal organic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD)has become one of the most attractive technique for fabricating YBa2Cu3O7-x(YBCO)coated conductors based on the ion beam assisted deposition(IBAD)-MgO templates.And we have built up a reel-to-reel MOCVD system and systematically investigated the effects of substrate temperature on growth of YBCO films on LaMnO3/homo-epi MgO/IBAD-MgO/SDPY2O3/Hastelloy substrates.
