　　RNA epigenetics is a fast-moving field in biology and represents a new layer of regulation of genetic information.The first identified m6A demethylase FTO has been found to play an oncogenic role in a subset of AML and by suppression of FTO activity,2HG exhibits obvious anti-tumor effects in AML and brain tumors.
