城市居民生活垃圾减量化的分类收费制度

【摘要】

：

城市生活垃圾的增长,不仅挤占了宝贵的土地资源和生存空间,而且污染了土壤、空气和水源,危害人体健康。因此，垃圾的减量化对于保护自然环境具有重要的意义.本文通过理论分析,阐述了垃圾减量化作为垃圾收费目的原因,分析了垃圾分类对于垃圾减量化的作用，提出了分类收费的具体建议.对于可回收垃圾、有害垃圾采取负收费方式;对于厨余垃圾和其他垃圾,为了促使其减量化,宜采取计量收费方式。
